Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Delivery time within UAE & KSA: 3–7 working days

  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address

  • KSOUQ is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Any damaged or wrong item must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

 

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is damaged or defective on arrival

You received the wrong product

The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Return Window:
You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

Personal care, hygiene, and certain electronics (for safety reasons)

Items without original packaging

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued:

As store credit OR

Back to the original payment method (if applicable, depending on payment type)

Refunds are only processed after the item is received and inspected.

5. Delivery Charges
If the product is returned for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the customer pays return shipping cost.
