At KSouq, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. KSouq does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.


2. Replacement Eligibility

We will offer a free replacement only if the item you received is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective or not functioning as described
  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

To qualify, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this window will not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact KSouq customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you

4. Non-Replaceable Conditions

A replacement will not be issued if:

  • The damage was caused by the customer after delivery
  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • The item has been used, altered, or tampered with
  • No photo evidence is provided
